Daniel is a supply chain strategist specializing in operating model design and end-to-end transformation, with more than 15 years of experience across the pharmaceutical and medical technology industries.
Prior to joining AIM, Daniel held consulting roles at CAMELOT and Accenture, where he led operating model and transformation programs for global life science companies — reshaping how organizations structure, plan, and run their end-to-end supply chains. His work spans supply chain strategy, organizational and process design, and large-scale transformation, consistently connecting operating model choices to tangible business performance.
At AIM, Daniel will focus on end-to-end planning optimization — from demand and supply planning through S&OP — alongside supply chain operating model design, manufacturing strategy, and network optimization, helping clients build resilient, efficient, and scalable supply networks.
Daniel holds a Master’s degree from the University of Cologne, a CEMS Master’s in International Management from the Université catholique de Louvain (Louvain-la-Neuve), and a PhD from the University of Siegen.
David is an experienced supply chain professional with over 20 years in global supply chain and logistics management in various industries, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, electronics, and more.
He has gained extensive knowledge in establishing and optimizing international distribution networks in the life science industry. His in-depth experience includes cold chain distribution, controlled drugs distribution, Early Access Program distribution, GDP compliance, supply chain planning processes, etc.
He is especially adept at leading cross-functional project teams in challenging environments, such as start-ups, re-organizations and companies undergoing transformational change. David is a self-starter who always delivers results.
Peter Martens has over 10 years of experience in life sciences and consulting. His core expertise includes global supply chain operations, order-to-cash processes, and cold chain distribution.
Prior to AIM, he progressed through key roles at global companies like Amgen and Abbott, where he managed European supply chain operations, oversaw outsourced logistics networks, and spearheaded order-to-cash digitization efforts.
Peter brings extensive project experience in supply chain strategy, partner selection (CMO, 3PL, Wholesaler), interim management, and process and organizational development across the pharma, biotech, and cell & gene sectors.
He holds a Master’s degree in Supply Chain and Operations Management from Tilburg University in the Netherlands.
Corné is an experienced Supply Chain professional with more than 25 years of experience designing, optimizing, and managing global and regional supply chain operations in various industries (biopharma, FMCG, and high technology).
He has held senior management positions in blue chip companies, developing and leading international distribution networks and delivering major transformation programs.
Corné is passionate for identifying opportunities to improve business, boost customer experience, and improve operational performance, always with an end-to-end view in mind.
He brings extensive experience in managing cross-functional teams in challenging and/or new circumstances. Since joining AIM, he has been supporting various biotech start-up companies in the design and set-up phases of commercial supply chain and distribution operations.
