Daniel is a supply chain strategist specializing in operating model design and end-to-end transformation, with more than 15 years of experience across the pharmaceutical and medical technology industries.
Prior to joining AIM, Daniel held consulting roles at CAMELOT and Accenture, where he led operating model and transformation programs for global life science companies — reshaping how organizations structure, plan, and run their end-to-end supply chains. His work spans supply chain strategy, organizational and process design, and large-scale transformation, consistently connecting operating model choices to tangible business performance.
At AIM, Daniel will focus on end-to-end planning optimization — from demand and supply planning through S&OP — alongside supply chain operating model design, manufacturing strategy, and network optimization, helping clients build resilient, efficient, and scalable supply networks.
Daniel holds a Master’s degree from the University of Cologne, a CEMS Master’s in International Management from the Université catholique de Louvain (Louvain-la-Neuve), and a PhD from the University of Siegen.
