Part 3 of 3 in a Series on Parallel Trade

Building on part 1 and part 2, this third and final paper introduces a practical governance framework for managing the effects of parallel trade while maintaining continuous patient supply.

The framework brings together six core capabilities — commercial incentives, supply allocation, order fulfilment, distribution partner management, brand protection, and awareness and communication — under an overarching governance structure.

Together, these capabilities help MAHs move from assessing the likelihood of parallel trade to managing its effects through a coordinated, cross-functional approach.
